Therapy

Does this feel familiar?

What if there was a space in your life where you could tell the truth—fully—and be met with both care and honesty?
A space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, where you can speak freely, and where you’re both supported and challenged to grow

Here are some things clients I work with often say:

  • “I feel stuck, but I don’t know why.”

  • “I overthink everything and still don’t have clarity.”

  • “I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing, but it doesn’t feel right.”

  • “I don’t really know what I want—just what I should want.”

  • “I feel disconnected from myself.”

  • “My relationships feel harder than they should be.”

  • “I keep pushing through, but something feels off.”

  • “I don’t feel like I can fully be myself with people.”

  • “I’m too much for other people.”

  • “I want things to change, but I don’t know where to start.”

And if you’re in a performance-based career—music, athletics, entrepreneurship, high-pressure environments—you may be used to:

  • Living in comparison

  • Tying your worth to output or success

  • Ignoring your internal world to keep going

  • Feeling like there’s no space to fall apart

At some point, the strategies that helped you succeed…stop working.

How I approach this work:

You don’t need more advice or another place to just vent.

You need a space where you can be honest, slow things down, and start to understand yourself in a different way.

Together, we will:

  • Look at what’s really driving your thoughts, reactions, and patterns

  • Identify what you are feeling and what information it’s giving you

  • Untangle the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been carrying

  • Help you reconnect with your own voice and sense of direction

  • Get clear on what you actually want (not just what you’ve been told to want)

  • Build a more honest relationship with yourself

  • Work through the things you’ve been avoiding or pushing past

I’m not a passive listener. I’ll be engaged, direct, and thoughtful in how I show up with you.

This is a space for both support and challenge—because real change requires both.

I approach counseling from a wellness perspective and work with people to support their overall well-being—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
